• Las Americas International Airport (SDQ):

Destinations: Santo Domingo, Juan Dolio, Guayacanes and San Pedro de Macoris

Dominican Republic main airport arrival is Las Americas International Airport (SDQ) which is located just 30 minutes drive from the capital city of Santo Domingo. Major U.S. Airlines fly to Santo Domingo on daily or weekly basis.

• Cibao International Airport (STI):

Destinations: Santiago, Puerto Plata, La Vega, Constanza, Jarabacoa and Moca.

This airport is located in the heart of Santiago which is the second largest city of the country.

• Gregorio Luperon International Airport (POP):

Destinations: Puerto Plata, Cabarete, Sosua, Luperon, Monte Cristi.

This airport is located in the North coast of the Dominican Republic and specifically in the town of Puerto Plata. Major U.S. Airlines fly to Puerto Plata on a weekly or daily basis.

• Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ):

Destinations: Higuey, Punta Cana, Bavaro, El Cortecito, Uvero Alto and Macao.

Centrally located in Punta Cana and minutes away from all the resorts in the East Coast area and receives about a million passengers a year from all over USA and Europe.

• La Romana International Airport (LRM):

Destinations: La Romana, Casa de Campo, Bayahibe.

Located in the town of La Romana is the port of entry for travelers going to Casa de Campo, Bayahibe and La Romana. This airport receives flights from USA, Europe and Canada and is about 2 hours drive to Santo Domingo and Punta Cana area.

• Samana El Catey International Airport (AZS):

Destinations: Samana, Las Terrenas, Portillo, Cayo Levantado, Playa Bonita.

This airport is located in the town of Samana and is the best port of entry to visit Samana, Las Terrenas, Portillo, Cayo Levantado and Playa Bonita

Transferring from the airport to your hotel usually requires taking a taxi, although some hotels provide complimentary transportation to their properties in special buses. Major car rental agencies are located at the airport.
